Who is this training for?

Clinicians, peer specialists, case managers, harm-reduction workers, school staff, and anyone whose role brings them into proximity with people in acute distress. No prior crisis knowledge or training is required.

How is it delivered?

2-3 consecutive days, in person, at a regional partner site. Cohorts are capped at 24 participants so every person practices the skills in small-group skill labs with live coaching.

Are CEUs offered?

No, at this time we are gathering data to show the impact of our program to the state of California to become recognized as a CEU eligible program.

Is this trauma-informed?

The whole curriculum is built on trauma-informed practice- both in what we teach and how we teach it. The learning environment is designed with the same care we ask you to bring to the room.

Can you train our team on-site?

Yes, most of our work is closed cohorts for agencies, schools and county programs. Contact the facilitators with your team size, setting and timeline and well send details.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on cohort size, on-site vs. remote, follow up refresher training and depth of curriculum. Sliding scale and grant-funded options exist for community-based organizations.
